This program stands on seven powerful pillars.  It offers the proven strategies, techniques, tools of health coaching, additional features of performance coaching, a remarkable level of personal support, expertise, and mission.  You will have a proven system for success in making the changes you want, and the accountability that will speed you along.

  1. Customized Health Coaching.  You will experience a very personalized approach with work directed toward your chosen areas of impact.  You can work on your own physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual challenges, family/relationship difficulties, and sorting out personal, professional, and caregiving balance.
  2. Bonus Performance Work.  You will be offered bonus work on mastery of attitudes, leadership, effectiveness and productivity, adaptability, maintaining social connections, cultivating supports, and setting and reaching goals.
  3. High Level of Personal Support.  You will receive a high level of personal support from Dr. Arps including 12.5 hours of one-on-one coaching, unlimited emails, 3 as needed between session phone calls, a session review note from Dr. Arps  after each session, recordings of your sessions, and homework to do between sessions to deepen your learning and results.
  4. Expertise and Experience.  Your coach has extensive and in-depth experience working with over 10,000 people of all ages, families, and caregivers.  She is a medical doctor with board certifications in general and child & adolescent psychiatry, and she has national board certification in health coaching.
  5. Accountability.  Dr. Arps will hold you accountable and encourage you as you set your goals and complete your action steps.
  6. Consistency.  Regular sessions and a consistent  weekly rhythm and pattern in the coaching will help you to learn a system of behavioral and mindset change which will set you up for successfully reaching your goals as a caregiver and in other areas of your life as well.
  7. Mission.  Our mission is to help every family caregiver experience their best possible health, and be their best self as a caregiver.

If, at the end of your program, you want to continue with your growth and support, arrangements can be made on an individual basis.

The Complete Concierge Coaching Experience

This is What's Included

  • Receive an initial evaluation in a 1.5 hr. session followed by 11 one hour, live online, 1:1 coaching sessions with your personal coach, Corabell Arps, MD.  
  • Your course will be housed on your private library page on this website.  It is accessible only to you and your coach. It will have a section for each of your sessions.  For each session you will be given worksheets, a summary of the work you did in your session, a recording of your session, and places to leave memos and take notes.
  • You will deepen your learning between each session by working on your action steps and homework.  You will review your progress during each session with your coach.
  • You will select and work on goals which are most important to you, and your coach will implement techniques which are proven to help people support their own health, change their mindset, and change habits.
  • You will be able to schedule and reschedule your own appointments with the online scheduler housed on your library page.
  • Your sessions will be online and accessed on your library page.  If you like, they can be recorded so that you can review them at a later date.
  • You will be given unlimited email access directly to Dr. Arps in case you need it between sessions.
  • You are given up to three 15 minute phone calls with Dr. Arps which you may access between sessions as needed.
  • If you want to continue coaching beyond your 12 sessions, you may arrange more sessions at the same rate per session as your initial package.

How to Get Started

  • The first step is to book a complimentary 30 minute online Pre-Coaching Session with Dr. Arps to find out if coaching is right for you.
  • This session will give you an opportunity to get clarity on the areas in which you would most like to get help, and how you could best be helped.
  • You can ask questions and get to know Dr. Arps.  You and she can see if you would be a good fit to work together.
  • You will also begin to experience the empowering and motivating energy of excellent health coaching, and get a taste for how it works.
  • At the completion of that call, if you choose, you can  invest in yourself by enrolling in the coaching program.
